Physical Therapy

A session designed to assess, address, and rehabilitate musculoskeletal or neurological conditions including sports injuries, post operative, or chronic conditions. The session will incorporate manual therapy, dry needling, stretching, corrective/strengthening exercises and other modalities (ultrasound therapy) as needed.

Recovery

A custom session designed to help your body recover from training, overworking, traveling, daily stress, minor strains/sprains. A recovery session can also help you manage chronic conditions. The session incorporates passive and dynamic assisted stretching along with various manual therapy techniques to help you recover and prevent injuries.

Personal Training

A session designed to meet your performance and wellness goals centered around strengthening, core training, and functional movement fitness. This session is geared towards clients who have been discharged from physical therapy and required a professional with a background in physical therapy to safely bridge the gap between rehab and fitness/performance without re-injury occurring.
